Alliance Metal has two state of the art energy efficient powder coating paint lines. Our newest paint line, Nordson Colormax2 automatic powder system with environmentally controlled powder room was added in the summer of 2015. It is capable of coating a 5’ x 5’ x 10’ package. Our lines were designed to handle the smallest piece or largest piece of any project – in any color. Our GAT4 stage washer system has 1440 feet of conveyor with infrared and convention curing ovens.
